I have won numerous writing, designing and photography awards, at both the state and national level. Most recently, I earned three honors at the Humane Society of the United State's 2011 Genesis Awards for a total of six awards.
I am the OC Dog Examiner for Examiner.com. Here I focus on all things dog, especially dog adoption and advocacy. Also, I pen the popular Dinner and a DVD column with the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, part of the Los Angeles Newspaper Group.
